We created a leadership system in Drama Ojol where they can initiate ojol gatherings in their areas, attend focus group discussions, and also receive support in the form of vitamins or gas and oil from Drama Ojol. Our leaders also actively participate in our original video content, sharing stories of their daily life on the road. 

Our mission is to empower these ojol drivers so that they have a platform to share their stories and increase solidarity among other members. In one of our biggest initiatives in 2021, Drama Ojol became the official sponsor of Bali United Football Club, where our logo is displayed on the player’s jerseys. This lit up ojol drivers’ spirits—especially after the pandemic—bringing pride to ojol drivers in Bali and the rest of the country.
